KC Water Services set out to reduce the combined sewer overflow frequency and volume at Diversion Structure 214 and Outfall 055 within the Lower Blue River Basin. DuBois Consultants provided civil design and construction administration services. Our scope of work consisted of conceptual design alternatives evaluation, preliminary and final design, and on-site Resident Project Representative presence during the construction phase.
